My folks went on a low-fat kick when I was in high school and wanted us to drink powdered milk. Bleeh. But adding powdered milk to recipes adds protein and some structure. On Saturday, I made a WW carrot cake for sister's birthday, and that recipe called for powdered milk and just a little flour.
