This afternoon, I'm in Costco buying supplies for a little catering gig I have tomorrow. The guy in line behind me has these items on the belt:

a 3-box package of latex gloves

a gallon of Wesson oil

a pepper grinder

a copy of Dan Brown's Digital Fortress
