I haven't been so excited about March since I was in college the first time, St. Patrick's Day notwithstanding. I love it when St. Pat's is on a weekday...taking off and drinking in the morning and afternoon seems like you are sooo getting away with something.
Anyway, I'm on Spring Break this week, so I may take a little break from posting. I start with the Culinary Basics class and the Dining Room Management class on Monday, March 27, so I'm sure I'll have entertaining food for thought then. "Food for thought!" I know, I know, I'm just slaying you.
